The integration of the main entrance of this house into the bedrock was a challenge met with some lightness. The set of steps give the impression of having been carved out of the enhanced rock face. The theme of curvilinear stone walls, wildflowers and ferns forms a scene in which the rock is imbued with suppleness and fluidity.
